NYS Notary Public Law Refresher Course via Zoom

This continuing education type refresher course features a 52-page notary workbook which reviews and updates all the NY Notary laws currently in use today. The new 22-page NY Notary Law Booklet will be included and highlighted with the updated electronic notarization information and notary journal recordkeeping protocols. This presentation is a must for every commissioned NY Notary to properly execute their authority, duties and responsibilities. Examples using real life scenarios will be used to explain situations that a notary public officer is likely to encounter including a review of current notarial certificates.
