A Notary Signing Agent (NSA) or Witness Signing Agent also referred to as a Mobile Notary, is a currently Commissioned New York State Notary Public who has been specifically trained with the knowledge in presenting documents for the process of obtaining and notarizing the signatures of the party(ies) involved in real estate loan transactions.
Lenders offering loans across the country rely greatly upon qualified Notary Signing Agents to complete real estate loan closing. Usually lenders seek independent NSA’s to handle transactions on a local basis depending upon where the real estate is located for the convenience of the borrower.
After completing our three (3) hour seminar you will have the opportunity to work on a freelance basis in your own independent business. This seminar will provide you with valuable information on how to increase your business thru the mortgage, title and signing companies who will then hire you on a per job basis.
Fee is $75 for this 3-hour seminar. All training materials will be provided including a seminar manual, sample mortgage documents, an extensive mortgage glossary and links to valuable resources to expand your independent business.
