This continuing education type refresher course features a 68 page notary workbook which reviews and updates all the NY Notary laws currently in use today. The new 22 page NY Notary Law Booklet will be included and highlighted with the updated electronic notarization information and notary journal recordkeeping protocols. This presentation is a must for every commissioned NY Notary to properly execute their authority, duties and responsibilities. Examples using real life scenarios will be used to explain situations that a notary public officer is likely to encounter including a review of current notarial certificates.
